$200 Million for GRASS for the National Mall?! Can someone explain to me how GRASS for the lawn of the National Mall could possibly stimulate the economy? Thank you GOP for criticizing such a ridiculous use of money and thank you House Rules Committee for stripping that provision from the stimulus plan.
